Using my skills to bring together and accompany individuals who no longer wish to travel alone, allowing them to explore the world, experience the unique cultures through their cuisine, enjoy and establish connections, all while sharing knowledge.
When I was a flight attendant in international first-class flights, I worked alongside Francis Mallmann, collaborating on designing the menus for international flights. Later, I pursued a culinary education under Dolli Irigoyen, studying haute cuisine.
My travels go beyond discovering tourist destinations. We cultivate lasting relationships among the travelers who continue to choose us. Expertise in ‘world cuisines’ is integral to our journeys – we dine with locals, and the world’s cuisine and wines become a focal point of connection in the various cities we explore.
